my3d.shop Partner Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the my3d.shop Partner (affiliate) Program. By joining you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
The program is open to printer manufacturers, filament brands, resellers, creators and communities who promote my3d.shop lawfully and honestly. We may approve or decline any application, and may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
2. Commissions
You earn a recurring commission on the subscription fees paid by shops you refer, for up to 12 months from each referred shop's first paid invoice. The rate depends on your tier:
- 25% — starting rate
- 30% — once you have 10 or more active paying referrals
- 35% — once you have 25 or more active paying referrals
Commissions are calculated on the net subscription amount actually paid (excluding taxes and after any discounts), and are reversed pro-rata if a referred shop is refunded, charged back, or exercises the money-back guarantee.
3. Attribution
Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie on a last-click, 60-day basis. A referral is attributed to the partner whose link was clicked most recently before the shop signed up. Self-referrals — signing up your own shop through your own link — are not eligible and will be flagged.
4. Holds and payments
Commissions are held for a review period (currently 30 days) before becoming approved. Approved commissions are paid by PayPal once your balance clears the minimum payout (currently $50). You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email and keeping it current.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on the commissions you earn. Before we can pay you, we require a completed tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN otherwise). We may report payments to tax authorities where required (e.g. 1099-NEC for US partners paid $600 or more in a calendar year).
6. How you may promote
You may share your link on websites, videos, newsletters, social media and communities you control. You may not:
- bid on my3d.shop trademarks or run ads that impersonate us;
- use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, cookie-stuffing, or incentivised clicks;
- offer unauthorised discounts or rebates in our name;
- register domains or social handles that could be confused with ours.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions connected to fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. Unpaid, validly-earned commissions accrued before termination remain payable subject to these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the program's rates or structure. Material changes take effect when posted here; continued participation means you accept them.
